Our Mission

Inspiring and Empowering Every Learner is more than our mission—it is the foundation of everything we do. We believe every student has unique strengths, talents, and potential, and it is our responsibility to provide the opportunities, encouragement, and support they need to succeed. Through meaningful learning experiences, caring relationships, and high expectations, we inspire curiosity, build confidence, and empower students to become lifelong learners, responsible citizens, and future leaders. Working together with families, staff, and our community, we are committed to helping every learner discover their path and reach their fullest potential.

District Details

Located in the heart of southwest Missouri, Clever R-V School District proudly serves more than 1,200 students in preschool through 12th grade and is supported by approximately 200 dedicated faculty and staff members.

Our district is defined by strong relationships, high expectations, and a community that believes in the value of public education. Thanks to the support of our families and community, our campuses have recently been renovated to provide safe, modern learning environments where students can thrive. Together, we are building a tradition of excellence that prepares every Bluejay for a bright future.

CSIP

Our Continuous School Improvement Plan (CSIP) serves as the district's roadmap for continuous growth and success. Developed with input from students, families, staff, and community members, the CSIP reflects our shared commitment to Inspiring and Empowering Every Learner while pursuing Excellence in All We Do.

The plan guides our work in four key areas—education, facilities, climate and culture, and leadership—ensuring that every decision supports student achievement and strengthens our schools for today and the future.

"I enjoy working at at Clever because it feels like you are surrounded by family and everyone is there for the same reason- to make sure the kids are loved and having the best educational opportunities. Working at a smaller school like Clever allows me to see how important the community around us is, and we work together to help build the best possible experience for teachers and students. Clever is a place where you build long lasting relationships with staff and students, but also families. I am very blessed to have built so many myself in the years I have been at Clever."

Clever is a place where staff genuinely care about one another and work together to help every child feel seen, supported, and encouraged. I love being part of a school community that celebrates growth, kindness, and a love of learning. It’s a blessing to be part of a team that is committed to helping students succeed both in and out of the classroom."
