Clever Family,

Although our classrooms are quieter without students this summer, there is plenty of activity taking place across the district as we prepare for another great school year.

Our maintenance and custodial teams have been hard at work waxing floors, painting classrooms, moving furniture, renovating bathrooms, and completing dozens of projects that help ensure our schools are ready to welcome students back in August. Their work often happens behind the scenes, but it provides the strong foundation on which a successful school year is built.

Preparing for a new year is much like constructing anything meaningful—it takes planning, teamwork, and a shared vision. Every member of the Clever School District family has an important role to play. Our administrators, teachers, support staff, students, parents, and community partners each contribute something unique, and together we create an environment where every child has the opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive. We are grateful for the continued support we receive from each of these groups. It is through this shared commitment and partnership that we are able to provide the very best educational experience for our students. 

As August approaches, we’d like to invite you to join us for Open House on Thursday, August 20, as families meet teachers, visit classrooms, and get ready for the year ahead. Then, on Tuesday, August 25, we'll welcome our students back for the first day of school.
